Different Motives For Breast Enlargement Surgery

Breast enlargement surgery has been around for a long time, with the same use of implants that can give dignity and an appearance of normality to women who have had mastectomies also being used to offer others a bigger bust and the greater confidence that goes with it.

However, the use of implants has also been used in the glamour model industry to give some women outsized breasts, adding a level of attraction for those prepared to look beyond the fact that they not only don’t look natural, but are known not to be natural.

If there is one individual with whom this is associated, it is Katie Price, who back in the 1990s was known under her glamour model moniker Jordan. This was combined with lots of fake tan, false eyelashes and a series of high-profile relationships, such as with notorious womanising footballer Dwight Yorke and her short-lived marriages to Peter Andre, Alex Reid and Keiran Hayler (twice).

Suffice to say, while there may be some women who have aspirations to a similar lifestyle, a great many others would not, either in the turnover of relationships, children by different fathers, celebrity high profile or even the actual amount of breast surgery.

In the last instance, once was never nearly enough for Katie Price; as the Daily Mail reported recently, she has just had a 16th augmentation. She told GB News it was a “no brainer” to have more surgery.

This should act as the first pointer to ladies thinking of having surgery that they are very unlikely to look like Katie Price with her egregious results. A single enlargement should be enough, with any future surgery simply being carried out to replace the implants, which tend to last about ten years.

Rather than seeking to look like a glamour model, it may be you simply want a bust that looks good and in line with many other women whose breasts are above average size but completely natural.

Another reason might be because one breast is significantly smaller than the other and you want to have this difference eliminated or reduced.

While breasts are never symmetrical, a very large difference can be quite unusual and could be a motive for having the procedure carried out. It should also be noted that asymmetry can be a possible indicator of cancer and therefore this should be checked out, but this is far from always the case and if it simply a natural variation that goes too far, you may want an implant in just one breast.

Whatever you are deciding to do, it is important to be thinking carefully about your reasons for undertaking a procedure and making sure, for instance, that it is not simply an attempt to deal with personal insecurities or other issues you may have.

That is not to make a judgement on the motives behind the lifestyle choices of Katie Price or other celebrities who have sought (and can afford) multiple augmentations.

However, it is important to remember that for the vast majority of women motives will differ. That is why you should approach the topic with your own needs and desires in mind, without regard to those of anybody else.
